The “Hot Rods in the Park” was a great day with hundereds of classic cars on show and the weather was gorgeous, if a little windy.
The wind did cause us a bit of a problem with our borrowed Marquee attempting to turn itself into a hot air ballon but a few extra rocks and guy ropes just about kept it on the ground and we did learn that a decent Marquee is all important 🙂 With our upcoming visits to Hillarys Markets (more info soon) we shall be purchasing a much more robust Marqee to make sure we stay safely on the ground.
While wandering around the park I did manage to get this new picture of some of the new Park inhabitants, a family of baby Wood Ducklings, these guys were just too cute to ignore.
